A Process of Freeing Yourself From Your Childhood Experiences that are Still Haunting You Today

You’ve worked hard to let go and move on from your unhealthy, abusive, or neglectful childhood experiences.  Yet, you can’t help but feel trapped when certain patterns keep popping up in your life.  


You’ve noticed that no matter how hard you try to separate your life from the past, you are continuing to suffer the consequences of not having your needs met when you were growing up.  


You often question what is wrong with you and wish you could just shake off the feeling that you’re not good enough.  You’re tired of feeling this way, and you just wish you knew what would help you get better.

  • Making decisions and later questioning why

You can create that life, and you can finally feel good about who you are and the choices you make.  You can start living a healthier, happier life through this program, BREAK AWAY: A PROCESS OF FREEING YOURSELF FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES THAT ARE  STILL HAUNTING YOU TODAY.

In BREAK AWAY, you will:

  • Create a system that works to support your needs so that you can show up for yourself in a way that is compassionate, gentle, loving, and ultimately healing. 

  • Discover why you’ve gotten stuck in these patterns all of your life so you can break free from their grip and start making choices that feel good and healthy.

  • Explore how you can create a new way of living so you can finally connect with the real you--the you that you’ve always wanted to be. 

  • Identify what you want and need to continue moving toward the life you want to build so you can finally take control of your life and break away from the past. 




Step 1: Assessing The Damage

Your first step will include a 90 minute one-on-one live video session with me so that we can evaluate and identify the ways your childhood experiences are impacting you today. Together, you and I will explore your desired outcomes for this 12 week program so we know exactly what you hope to achieve by the end. 

Step 2: Learning A New Way

Each week of the program, you'll receive a video, from me, about the week's lesson and assignments. In these lessons, we’ll explore common struggles associated with growing up in an unhealthy, abusive, or neglectful childhood and exactly what you can do to start feeling better now.


Step 3: Group Therapy

In these 2 hour live video chat group therapy sessions, you'll get to connect with others across the state who are learning, growing, and healing right along side you. This online group format allows you to get support from your peers and build a community that heals together. We'll talk through the lessons for the week and ways to implement them into your daily lives.


Step 4: Reflecting and Growing

At the end of the 12 week program, you'll get a 60 minute one-on-one live video session with me to process how far you've come and where you want to go next.

Investment: $960 for the total BREAK AWAY experience.  

**Can be made in 3 monthly payments of $320.**

**A limited number of reduced fee slots will be available for individuals with limited resources and greatest need. To apply for a reduced fee slot, submit your contact form below and send a message explaining (1) why you want to go through the Break Away program, and (2) your financial restraints.**

**Insurance is not accepted at this time. However, out of network benefits may be available. Check with your insurance provider to determine if you qualify for out of network benefits for online group therapy.**
